Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another available date if clients notify MbM in writing via email to: [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the original ceremony date. If notice is given less than 7 days prior to the original ceremony date, clients may be responsible for the full fee of the new booking, as well as additional fees on the rescheduled ceremony date. The ceremony date may only be changed to an available date within one year from the date the deposit is paid. All reschedules must be confirmed in writing. You can change the date & time once (1) free of charge. Any additional changes will incur a $75 change fee, payable to the Officiant.
